just a friendly reminder that you don’t have to justify your taste in music, movies, or books to anyone and if certain people make you feel bad or ashamed over stuff you like you should probably just tell them to fuck off

I’m watching this “basics” part of a work out dvd trying to learn the moves before getting into the routine. But I have some questions:

1. how the hell am I supposed to sit into this squat and keep my knees from going over my toes? I can’t focus on both. 
2. “Pull you ab muscles tight” What ab muscles? That’s why I’m doing this dvd.
3. ” Squeeze your butt muscles and lift with them.” Again, what butt muscles are you referring to? That’s why I’m doing this dvd. 

I’m really sure today has happened.
I lost my biological grandparents about 11 years ago, 14 years ago, 23 years ago, and 13 years ago. 
 I was jealous that Joshua at 25 still had all of his grandparents when I hadn’t had mine in years. His grandparents met their great grand children.. Josh’s Gramm took a lot of pride in announcing our engagement.. she loved all her grandchildren. She she sent me a card on my birthday. Even though I wasn’t a grandchild by blood she still welcomed me into her family and I felt loved. And I wasn’t expecting this. 
 Joshua is a wreck and he wont talk to me. I don’t know how to help.. 

 Gramm went out shopping today and on the way home she had a heart attack and crashed her car. 

my father in-law’s mother died today.
Joshua has lost his first Grandparent. 

I’ve been awake for 24 hours now. 
 And Lily keeps telling me she “can’t do it” about anything and everything. It’s driving me insane. 

mother’s day isn’t really a big thing around here.
So, having a few friends who reached out to tell me happy mother’s day was really special<3 Thanks guys.
